ES collector is designed to collect the compute node hardware status data through SMC in parallel using multiple threads based on dedicated Ethernet. As the Fig. 4 shows, ES collector has the following characteristics: ﬁrstly, it is efﬁcient to collect all the 16 compute nodes data through once access to the corresponding SMC using client-server method.
